04 Shop & Purchases

Our online merchandise shop is powered by Shopify. When you place an order, you agree to Shopify's Terms of Service in addition to these Terms. The following conditions apply to all purchases:

• Pricing: All prices are displayed in Omani Rial (OMR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payment: Payment is processed securely through Shopify's platform. We accept major credit and debit cards. We do not store your full card details.
• Order Confirmation: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
• Shipping: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch. International orders may be subject to customs duties, for which the buyer is solely responsible.
• Returns & Refunds: Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Customised or limited-edition items are non-refundable unless defective. Contact us at info@stellarkinetics.om to initiate a return.
• Product Descriptions: We make every effort to accurately represent products. Slight colour variations may occur due to screen calibration. We are not liable for minor discrepancies between product images and the physical item.

05 Prohibited Conduct
